New York City

Winter is almost over!

To kick off the new seasons, why not enjoy a day...or two, sightseeing in New York City! In the city that never sleeps, you can enjoy a day FULL of excitement and wonder.

To start off your adventure, you can go to one of New York City's most famous attractions and historic landmark: The Statue of Liberty national monument. Just a quick trip to and from Ellis Island on a ferry, you can visit one of the country's historical monuments that "has welcomed so many generations of hopeful Americans to our shores" (nyygo.com). You can also stop by at the Ellis Island/American Family Immigration History Center that will allow "you to explore and expand your knowledge of your own family’s history" (nycgo.com).

After a visit to Lady Liberty, come look at a panoramic view of the city from the top of one of the tallest buildings in the Unites States, the Empire State Building. Whether you visit on a clear day or starry night, this attraction is a must-see for any visitor.

There are ENDLESS amounts of attractions to visit while spending your day in New York City. Whether it is your first time, or your hundredth time visiting the city, there is always something to do. Boring is definitely not a word to describe the city that never sleeps.
